By accessing or using BeFriend services, programs, classes, or website, you agree to the following terms:

• Participation in classes and programs is voluntary.
• All participants must follow safety rules and instructor guidance at all times.
• BeFriend reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.
• Class schedules, pricing, and offerings may change at any time.
• Registration is confirmed only after payment or approved enrollment.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate participant information.

2. Photo & Media Release

By enrolling in or attending BeFriend programs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Photos and videos may be taken during classes, workshops, and events.
• These images may be used for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials.
• No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify BeFriend in writing before participation.

3. Participant Waiver & Liability Release

By participating in BeFriend programs, you agree to the following:

• You understand that activities may include cooking, kitchen tools, movement, and hands-on learning.
• You assume all risks associated with participation.
• BeFriend, its staff, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation, except where prohibited by law.
• Participants agree to follow all safety instructions and use equipment responsibly.
• Guardians are responsible for minors and must ensure readiness for participation.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All class registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to request a credit for a future class (if approved).
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
• BeFriend reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a credit or full refund.
• Private sessions and special events may have separate cancellation rules.
