BeFriendASD Policies
At BeFriendASD, we are committed to providing a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment for all participants. Please review our studio policies carefully before registering for any class, program, or event.
Behavior Policy
BeFriendASD reserves the right to remove or prohibit any family from attending a class, event, or camp due to disruptive behavior or any actions that may cause harm to another child, staff member, or the learning environment. If a participant is removed from a class or session, a refund will be issued minus the cost of any classes already attended.
Cancellation Policy
Group Classes
- If you cancel 7 days or more before the class start date, you will receive a refund minus a $35 cancellation fee per class, per participant.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the class start date, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Multi-Week Programs & Sessions
- If you cancel more than 7 days before the program start date, you will receive a 75% refund of the program fee.
- If you cancel within 7 days of the program start date, no refunds or credits will be issued.
- Once a program or session has begun, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be provided for missed classes.
Make-Up Policy
Make-up classes are limited and must be completed within the registered session. Unused make-ups will expire at the end of the session and cannot be refunded or credited.
Adult Policy
No outside adults are permitted in the studio unless specifically approved or required by BeFriendASD staff. Only registered participants and authorized staff may be present during programming.
Stroller Policy
Strollers are not permitted inside the studio due to space and safety limitations.
